Job Title: Customer Service Advocate

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to support our customer service initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products and services while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. This includes resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and processing claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy, and handling sensitive information appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience required.
  • Work from home experience preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language required.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
