NetSuite Project Manager Position

This role is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced professional to lead NetSuite implementations with our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
