  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries and collections, including dates, times, and recipients.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Security: Follow all company policies and procedures regarding the security and confidentiality of documents and payments. Ensure the safety of the collected payments and documents during transit.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong time management skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
