Compliance and Risk Management Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our organization's culture and the competitive environment. This expertise will enable them to maintain ongoing oversight over our compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance processes and checklists in various regions.
  • Analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure our organization remains compliant.
  • Provide support to multiple departments by participating in working committees and test groups as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with other sites and monitor performance.
  • Assess new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and coordinate compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
  • University degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
