Job Summary: The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. This role involves implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, providing guidance on regulatory matters, and ensuring that employees follow the organization's policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements and renewals for business operations.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on permits, licenses, and certifications from various agencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all regulatory documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for compliance-related activities.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and update management on their implications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in government and private sectors to support smooth compliance operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar regulatory or administrative role
  • Strong familiarity and working experience with the following agencies and permits: BIR, DTI, City Hall Business Permit, SEC, FDA, NMIS, DOLE Working Permit, Working Visa processing, ACR, BFP, Laguna Lake Development Authority, Trade Name registration, etc.
  • Well-connected with relevant individuals or offices that can support timely compliance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to start immediately.
  • Amenable to work on-site in Pasay City
