Direct message the job poster from SM RetailJob PurposeThe Senior Manager for DPA Compliance Audit will work closely with the AVP for DPA Compliance in supporting the Business Units (BUs) within the SM Retail Group to ensure the group's compliance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act. The role includes developing DPA compliance audit programs, leading on-site compliance checks and evaluating controls for the protection of personal data.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement DPA compliance audit programs, checklists, and methodologies to assess compliance with data privacy regulations. Conduct on-site data privacy compliance checks across stores and offices within the SM Retail Group. Review data processing activities to ensure the proper implementation of privacy policies and security controls.

Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of security measures related to the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data. Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor's DegreeAt least 8 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Compliance Audits or related fields

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is an advantage
