Job Overview

The role of an HR Compliance Coordinator involves overseeing compliance-related inquiries from our North American workforce. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for employee tickets submitted through digital platforms.

We seek someone who can balance independence with collaboration, is comfortable navigating complex or sensitive compliance issues, and demonstrates sound judgment in asking pertinent questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket & Case Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets submitted through digital channels; engage with employees to assess inquiries by asking clarifying questions.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate the nature of each issue and determine the appropriate course of action; route and escalate cases to relevant departments (HR, Legal, Payroll, etc.) with documentation and context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information and seek subject-matter input; proactively reach out to other functions when clarification or guidance is needed.
Requirements
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting North American teams from a remote environment; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
