This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled MEP Building Services Engineer/Technician (BIM Technician) to join their Manila-based team.

You will contribute to creating BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for some of the most innovative building projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and manage detailed BIM models and CAD drawings.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring design optimisation and integration.
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to achieve project objectives.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, are essential. You should also have excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant with a focus on BIM modelling.
  • Proven experience at BIM level 2 and proficient use of Revit in building-related projects.
  • A thorough understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
