MEP Engineering Specialist

About This Role

This position involves working alongside project leaders to ensure technical documents meet precise specifications, coordinating on-site execution, and upholding the quality of all MEP works. You will support project engineers in planning MEP systems for efficient project delivery, prepare and review technical submittals, maintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, monitor and track submittal approvals, coordinate with other disciplines, provide timely resolutions to site technical issues, conduct site inspections, ensure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specifications, assist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materials, and contribute to as-built documentation and final handover packages.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
  • 5 years of technical experience in MEP construction
  • Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferred
  • Familiarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platforms
  • Strong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
