Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Total Information Management Corp. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients. He/She will also work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including senior executives
  • Utilize client feedback to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
