Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Manager to oversee the efficient processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable Transactions: Validate invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable Functions: Generate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain customer accounts for seamless financial transactions.
  • Analyze Aging Reports and Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and address overdue accounts and discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable aging reports to prevent financial losses.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Resolve billing or payment issues with vendors and clients to foster positive working relationships.
  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Assist in month-end closing activities and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate Processes for Improvement: Implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite), and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
