
Senior Virtual Assistant to the Founder

This is a strategic partnership and a role that acts as the backbone of a fast-growing real estate business. As the primary gatekeeper to the Founder, you will be responsible for managing communications with clients, team members, and industry partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triage, respond, and manage communications across multiple channels.
- Optimize the Founder's dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and ensure preparedness and timeliness.
- Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
- Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager.
- Experience in the real estate industry (US, CA, AU, etc.) is a major advantage.
- Exceptional, world-class communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
