Job Title: Engagement Specialist

 

The Engagement Specialist oversees event engagement, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures project deliverables are met. This role involves building strong relationships with community members, agencies, and stakeholder groups.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote dialysis services to doctors through regular visits and create a regular MD event.
  • Develop, manage, facilitate, and deliver community programs for targeted client groups focusing on renal awareness.
  • Ensure the highest level of clinical and non-clinical service delivery, cover all patients and relative programs, originate patient experience programs, and work with facility teams to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Manage budgets for patient experience programs and resources.
  • Create marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, monitor and manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and perform other related duties assigned by the Renal Manager.

 

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time employment
  • 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday
  • Primarily on-site in Cavite Renal Branches, with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Regular interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Marketing or any related field
  • Strong customer service management skills
  • A medical background is an advantage
  • Collaborative and works well in a team setting
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned in Cavite Areas with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
