Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to drive key strategic initiatives within the Wealth & Asset Management division.

  • The successful candidate will head end-to-end delivery of projects across wealth management, asset management, and private banking.
  • They will drive implementation and enhancement of systems including Avaloq, treasury platforms, and trust solutions.
  • The role involves managing initiatives across securities, treasury products, and core banking operations.
  • The Project Lead will collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing project risks, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • The position requires delivering regular updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring projects align with business strategy.
  • The successful candidate must ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management frameworks throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in project management within wealth management, asset management, or private banking is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq is required.
  • Experience using treasury operations, trust platforms, and securities processing is necessary.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies is beneficial.
  • Adaptability, high organisation, and comfort in managing multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced setting are vital.
