Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve truck productivity and manage volume ramp-up plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement initiatives to reduce parcel delivery lead time and enhance sorting center efficiency.
  • Analyze supply/demand trends, optimize shift timing, and adjust manpower planning to meet business objectives.
  • Develop realistic truck productivity forecasts and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Plan and execute network changes for sorting centers to ensure optimal operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • At least 3–5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in E-commerce or logistics.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple objectives.
  • Data analysis skills (Excel) is a plus.
