Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting concerns or resolving complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and follow-up
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update account information when necessary
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work on-site and on a shifting schedule
  • BPO experience is an advantage but not required
