Provide responsive, accurate, concise, and competent voice/data communication and coordination for:

  1. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME: Receive inbound requests through various channels relating to client employees seeking support/welfare.
  2. TOPSIDE MEDICAL SUPPORT CONTACT CENTRE: Receive inbound requests to log medical emergency and non-emergency coordination from TAC Clinical colleagues who require specialist Physician remote/online clinical support.
  3. MED-DIVE CONTACT CENTRE: Receive and inbound requests seeking specialist medical physician remote support and medical management for deep sea diving medical incidents.
  4. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT: Perform a full range of administrative functions relating to client Occupational Health referrals, appointment bookings, and inbound phone and email queries.

* Work closely with specialised healthcare team members and other internal stakeholders to deliver a high standard of administrative, customer service, and medical contact centre support to clients, suppliers, and patients.

* Support the Head of EAP services to fulfil clinical health administration for client-specific contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to email and phone enquiries professionally, following established procedures and policies.
  2. Arrange and complete the administration of medical bookings effectively and accurately for various clients.
  3. Support stakeholders and remote colleagues with administration and coordination of 'top side' clinical operations.
  4. Ensure results and medical assessments outcomes are submitted and delivered to the client in a timely manner, as specified in client interface documents and operations procedures.
  5. Perform quality checks on document formatting and spelling to ensure accuracy, and ensure the consent process is adhered to.
  6. Complete case management administrative tasks in line with established processes.
  7. Monitor network clinic partners, log, and escalate non-compliance in line with operations procedures.
  8. Ensure paperwork is accurately completed and uploaded to the patient record system.
  9. Handle medical and personal documentation securely in accordance with operating procedures.
