Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned business analyst to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, and developing actionable insights that drive business growth.

About the Job
  • Lead business analysis activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements, creating use cases and user stories, and developing business process models.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze business problems, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize business processes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
