Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive Asia's digital transformation initiatives forward.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Change Management, Regional Technology, and Asia Communications teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Partner with Business Unit (BU) Transformation leads to create and execute BU-specific change plans, ensuring seamless execution.

To succeed in this position, you will need to develop effective change management strategies, foster collaboration among stakeholders, drive awareness and engagement, and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in digital transformation contexts, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong change management and communication skills, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving abilities, as well as demonstrated capacity to work in ambiguous environments and deliver measurable results. A clear understanding of business priorities and emerging technologies is essential for success in this role.
