Strategic Digital Engineering Leader

This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of digital transformation initiatives to achieve growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, lead and mentor high-performing teams to foster a collaborative and innovative work culture. Develop specialized career paths for team members to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Technical and Process Skills: Possess deep process and technical experience with knowledge of digital transformation, cloud technologies, IoT, AI, and other emerging technologies. Proven leader in various sectors with strong experience in leading large-scale teams.
  • Management Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with pursuit teams to create solutions, develop business cases and KPIs, stay ahead of new technologies and industry trends, and drive adoption of new methodologies.
  • Client Engagement and Delivery Excellence: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, foster strong client relationships, and deliver executive-level presentations that drive actions and decisions.

Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field with 15+ years of experience in leadership roles.
