Job Title: Virtual Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the medical provider's calendar accurately.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of medical office procedures and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes is a plus.
