Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, guide customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

You will also document all customer interactions accurately in the system and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You need previous call center experience and work from home experience
  • You should have a strong command of the English language
  • You need typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • You need a high speed internet connection
  • You should be familiar with Windows operating systems
  • You need basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
