Key Role: Evening Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Evening Operations Specialist to ensure seamless patient care coverage outside standard business hours. This role will act as the primary point of contact for patients and nurses during evenings, nights, and weekends.

The specialist will manage urgent requests, schedule adjustments, and escalations that occur after hours while maintaining strong communication with the daytime team for continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for EST after-hours needs
  • Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails through various communication channels
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation of after-hour activities, updates, and escalations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in healthcare is advantageous
  • A background in Customer Care, Call Centre, Scheduling, or Workforce Coordination is preferred
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fast learner
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
