Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting resolutions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and tips for improving customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Cebu location, with flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
