Job Description

Software Testing Professional:

We are seeking a skilled Software Testing professional to join our development team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software products through testing and quality assurance.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to identify, analyze, and resolve defects in our software applications. You will also contribute to the design and development of test plans and test cases, as well as collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality software products through testing and quality assurance

  • Craft and develop test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities (e.g., requirements analysis, tool development, CI/CD support)
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design
  • Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution
  • Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects
