The National Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  2. Setting clear goals, performance metrics, and sales targets for team members.
  3. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching to improve individual and team performance.

Project Bidding & Contract Management

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the preparation of bids, proposals, and tenders for formworks and falseworks projects.
  2. Working closely with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure feasibility and competitive pricing of solutions.
  3. Overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  4. Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth understanding of formworks, falseworks, scaffolding, and consumable items and accessories used in construction.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Progressive experience managing and mentoring a sales team to drive performance and achieve business goals.
  • Established relationships with key players in the construction sector, including contractors, developers, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and market challenges.
