Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals and presentations

  • Manage and update customer databases and records

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients

  • Support in processing sales orders and tracking deliveries

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Help organize promotional activities and campaigns

  • Provide administrative support to the sales department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
