Remote IT Support Specialist

As a trusted partner in the industry, we are seeking skilled and customer-focused technical support professionals to provide assistance and troubleshooting support for various clients across industries.
Responsibilities include responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively
- High speed typing (20+ WPM)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities also include:
- Responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
