Key Responsibilities

This position oversees business protection and continuity management initiatives, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to services.

Mission Critical Objectives
  • Lead a Cluster of Protection and Continuity specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessments and develop contingency plans for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with business groups to provide expertise throughout the Business Continuity journey.
  • Coordinate plan testing and exercises, conduct post-incident reviews, and complete after-action reports.
Required Expertise
  • Proven proficiency in ISO 22301 or other major international Business Continuity Management standards.
  • Familiarity with BSP MORNBFI, MORPS, and/or MORB; knowledge of relevant risk and BCM circulars.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, and/or crisis management.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and a fast learner with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deliverables
  • Develop and implement effective business continuity strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
