Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs, ensuring the continuity of our operations in case of disruptions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement BCM governance documents, programs, and initiatives, including plan documentation and capability building.">
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis, Threat Assessment, and develop Business Continuity Strategies.">
  • Implement Incident Management (IM) governance documents, programs, and initiatives, including plan documentation, capability building, IM Plan implementation, and exercises.">
  • Ensure seamless integration of BCM into Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs and initiatives.">
  • Collaborate with other Management Disciplines to align BCM and IM strategies.">
  • Monitor and report on BCM and IM performance and budget.">
  • Stay vigilant for potential events that may impact business continuity.">
  • Manage, monitor, and report on actual incidents and crises.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, or related fields.">
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any 4-year course; Master's Degree in Disaster Risk Management is an advantage.">
  • Basic to advanced training in ISO 22301 or 31000.">
  • Professional certification in BCI, DRII, or ICOR is preferred but not required.">
