Business Continuity Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an outage or disaster.

Responsibilities:
  • BPCM Cluster Head: Serve as a mentor to BPCM Leads within the cluster and other teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Support and backfill BPCM Leads as needed, ensuring that all teams have the necessary resources to maintain business continuity.
  • BPCM Lead for RGG Business Entities: Conduct standard business continuity management activities, including business impact analysis and contingency planning.
  • Partner with business, enabling, and governance groups to provide guidance throughout the end-to-end business continuity management journey, from risk assessment to plan implementation.
  • Validate and synthesize BIA results, contingency plans, and critical resources, communicating key findings to unit heads and relevant verticals within the Risk Group.
  • Facilitate business continuity plan testing and exercises, providing guidance and recommendations on contingency planning and assisting in post-mortem reviews and after-action reports.
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of Business Continuity Management Systems and the Business Continuity Management role.
  • Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
  • Methodical and deliberate decision-making skills, with a focus on results and detail-oriented work.
