Job Overview

The Sr. Retention and Direct Response Manager role is responsible for driving online lead generation through diverse marketing channels, including traditional and non-traditional methods. This position focuses on identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand reach into untapped markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels and analyze data to refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
