Sr Data, Metrics & Analytics Consultant

This role involves creating periodic and ad-hoc Management Information to support department Objectives & Key Results. The successful candidate will identify key risks and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality Management Information around CASS, Operational Resiliency and Control.
  • Support opportunities for process improvement and assist in prioritizing department activities.
  • Foster internal and external networking opportunities related to COO activities.
  • BUILD effective working relationships with other departments globally, particularly Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT.
  • Analyze issues and trends, with review by a manager.
  • Review business change and recommend initial impact assessments to determine the relevant SME teams involved in CASS, Operational Resiliency and Control.
  • Support the rollout of department and business training and communication plans.
Requirements:
  • Experienced professional with extensive business experience, multi-disciplinary functional expertise with a focus on proactive activities within the organization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively and build consensus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience:
  • A college or university degree is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Risk & Control is highly beneficial.
