Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives from end to end. This is a remote role that requires autonomy and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Present ideas and plans confidently to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and data insights.
  • Lead and mentor additional marketing hires as the business scales, providing guidance and support for career growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing successful campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills, with the ability to develop high-quality engaging content.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking) to gather and interpret data.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • A portfolio or case studies showcasing tangible results delivered, demonstrating expertise and achievements.
  • Confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
