Job Overview:

Campaign Coordinator Role

We are seeking an entry-level candidate with 1–2 years' experience in B2B, consumer businesses, or agencies, skilled in content campaigns.

The Campaign Coordinator will support digital campaigns across multiple global markets.

This role is fully remote, but flexibility is required once or twice a week to meet with clients or colleagues from different time zones.

  • Support day-to-day website design, development, and publishing for digital campaigns across the US, Australia, Canada, the UK, Mexico, and Germany.
  • Source images suitable for partnerships and site content, draft photo captions, short titles, and descriptions where required.
  • Maintain a principled approach to website design, and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis on progress and report on any blockers as and when necessary.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot formatting, layout, or display issues during page builds, working collaboratively to find solutions that maintain visual and functional integrity across devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective digital campaign strategies to engage target audiences globally.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  3. Manage and maintain high-quality visual content for marketing materials.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of campaign results and reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Good eye for detail and creativity in campaign execution.
  • Proactive problem solver and time-efficient individual.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team culture.
  • Background in consumer tech, branding, or marketing is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail); familiarity with digital/content tools is a plus.
