About This Role

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate information to customers with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Track and resolve issues while documenting and prioritizing them properly.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • A customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for client satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and learn new technology, systems, and applications quickly.
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience (email and chat support; other channels a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
