Job Overview

This role is responsible for the development of our systems and services. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our system capabilities through testing, identifying technical faults, and collaborating with the team to find effective resolutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work Environment: Full-time work in an office setting, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
  • Commitment: A long-term commitment is required, as this is not a temporary job opportunity.
  • Professionalism: Possess a professional and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
  • Company Policies: Understand and value company policies and rules.
  • Teamwork: Be an effective team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Technical Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of specific technical areas or broad knowledge of several technical areas.
  • Architecture Development: Create or provide input for the underlying architecture of software products using tools like Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data/Process Flow Diagrams, etc.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide timely and effective responses to production, system availability, and response time issues.
  • Project Planning: Create or provide input to project plans, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Process Review: Establish and review processes to test project compliance against IT-related control policies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team leaders, project groups, management teams, and other departments on gathering requirements and designing applications and data structures.
  • Documentation: Develop clear written documentation presenting information in a logical order, understandable by the receiving audience.
Qualifications
  • Education: Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of solid working experience analyzing and designing web applications or enterprise-level systems.
  • Software Product Management: Advanced knowledge in Software Product Management.
Technical Requirements
  • Test Driven Development: Knowledge in Test Driven Development.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
  • Unit Testing: Experience with Unit Testing (JSLint, CSSLint, etc.).
  • Software Product Management Tools: Knowledge of software product management tools like Kanban, Trello, Jira.
