Job Title: Lead Web Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our organization as a lead web application developer. This key role will play a crucial part in the development of our digital workplace, a cutting-edge platform designed to cater to diverse user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners and architects for specifications and design requirements
  • Take ownership of your area of expertise and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications within the team's remit in the digital workplace
  • Enhance and optimize existing functionalities to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
  • University or higher education degree in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of continuous relevant experience in software development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and autonomous approach to complex technical challenges
  • Extensive experience in building web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Ability to contribute across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements engineering to implementation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
