Technical Lead for Web Applications

Job Description

Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that serve various personas in the organization. The Web Workplace project is our primary focus, aiming to provide a seamless user experience across different technology stacks.

As a member of this team, you will work closely with software engineers, business analysts, and product owners to design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions. We prioritize collaboration, agile methodologies, and delivering results within tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Key tasks include:

  • Collaborating with the Product Owner and Architects on specifications and design
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for specific areas of expertise
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining thought-out solutions within the team's scope
  • Improving and optimizing existing functionalities
  • Performing code reviews and mentoring junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional with the following qualifications:

  • University degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of continuous relevant software development experience
  • Strong analytical mind with a structured approach to solving complex technical problems
  • Extensive experience in building web applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Ability to contribute throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Knowledge or experience with Java and Springboot
  • Knowledge or experience with Oracle and PL/SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with public multi-tenant cloud-hosted services
