About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Manila. This role requires strong HR expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities and implement solutions that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, business partnering, and organizational development.
  • Prior experience in BPO companies is highly preferred.
