Human Resources Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR matters related to employment legislation, with a strong emphasis on Australian workplace regulations.

  • This role involves providing expert advice and guidance on employment laws and compliance frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in managing HR matters related to employment legislation, with a strong emphasis on Western Australian (WA) laws and compliance frameworks.

  • Prior experience in advising on HR matters related to Fair Work, Industrial Relations (WA), and public or private sector employment frameworks is highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that all HR-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will also provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters, such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
