As a seasoned accounting professional, you have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in our organization.

This position involves overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, including revenue recognition, customer onboarding, and payment application.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, ensuring timely and accurate subledger reconciliation and analysis, and leading process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue accounting, with a strong background in IFRS accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full AR cycle, including customer onboarding, invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue accounting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate AR subledger reconciliation and analysis.
  • Lead and support other AR Leads in prioritizing tasks and managing the team's daily workloads.
  • Coach and develop team members, ensuring consistent adherence to policies and KPIs.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Revenue Accounting across all levels (industry, audit, etc.)
  • Have led and developed a team
  • Profound knowledge in IFRS accounting - BSc. /MSc. / MBA in related fields. CPA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English - excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and ability to convince rather than push through change internally as well as externally.
