Job Title: AR Team Lead

The Accounts Receivable Team Leader is responsible for leading the AR team, ensuring efficient operation of all invoicing and accounts receivable processes.

This role requires collaboration across departments to resolve issues and improve systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of complex invoicing systems and experience in debt collection in an accounts receivable role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of complex invoicing systems.
  • Proven ability in debt collection in an accounts receivable role.
  • Experience in leading a team, including team management and motivation.

The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss problems with clients and determine solutions. Additionally, they will have highly developed written and oral communication skills, as well as strong Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook skills.
