Job Title:

Project Manager

Role Overview:

We seek a seasoned project manager to oversee our projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Resource Allocation
    1. Define project scope and refine it as necessary.
    2. Plan resource allocation and secure approvals from stakeholders.
    3. Ensure proper resource availability and utilization.
    4. Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates.
  2. Project Execution & Agile Process Management
    1. Plan and sequence project activities to meet deadlines.
    2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
    3. Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports).
  3. Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
    1. Track project performance using Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports).
    2. Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups.
    3. Send regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  4. Leadership & Team Support
    1. Act as mediator between client and team; resolve conflicts.
    2. Remove blockers and distractions.
    3. Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals.
    4. Hold team members accountable.
    5. Advocate collaboration and effective communication.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Documentation
    1. Streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity.
    2. Conduct post-mortems for major incidents (bugs, outages, etc.).
    3. Ensure project documentation is centralized and regularly updated.
    Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leveraging Jira for metrics-driven project tracking.
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning, team allocation, and conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills for liaising between clients and developers.
  • Highly analytical with a focus on KPI monitoring and progress reporting.
Additional Information:
  • This is a part-time position (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT, 2 days a week only).
