Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to join our Davao team. This is a fully work-on-site position which would expose the candidate to intrinsic administrative functions, inventory management, and overall facility management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Function

    • Order and manage office supplies; liaise with vendors for procurement.

    • Answer and direct phone calls

    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

    • Maintain and update filing systems

    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Inventory Management

    • Conduct daily inventory checks under the supervision of the Branch Team Lead

    • Receive and counter-check stock deliveries

    • Report inventory discrepancies to the Branch Team Lead

    • Execute product release procedures

    • Process nationwide shipment requests.

    • Ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards.

  • Facility Management

    • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.

    • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment

    • Manage office opening and closing procedures

    • Ensure proper disposal and recycling of waste materials, adhering to environmental and safety standards.

    • Implement and oversee daily cleaning schedules to ensure all areas, including workstations, restrooms, and common spaces, are sanitized and clutter-free.

Qualification

  • Must be 18 years old and above

What We Offer

  • Daily fixed pay of PHP 510, paid weekly (work hours: 10am to 6pm – Mondays to Fridays; 10am to 2pm – Saturdays)
