Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of financial expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to drive strategic decision-making and drive operational success.

As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial updates, guiding fiscal planning and growth. This role requires overseeing a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the executive leadership team in providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeing month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states.
  • Managing cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of financial operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations.
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes and experience supporting due diligence and financial integration activities is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
