Oracle EPM Lead Job

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM specialist to join our team as an Oracle EPM Lead.

Job Description

As an Oracle EPM Lead, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end AMS support for Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS). You will work closely with finance and business users to support forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates that provide actionable insights to our clients. You will also be responsible for leading and driving EPM enhancements, including process automation, integrations, and reporting improvements.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of EPM configurations, business rules, calculation scripts, and workflow management. You should also have hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical and functional issues in an AMS environment.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of EPM solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud AMS, with expertise in Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
  • Hands-on experience in EPM configurations, business rules, calculation scripts, and workflow management
  • Experience troubleshooting technical and functional issues in an AMS environment
  • Knowledge of data integrations between EPM and ERP, using tools like Data Management (DM) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Expertise in Smart View, Financial Reports (FR), BI Publisher, and Excel-based reporting
  • Experience in an AMS or managed services environment is preferred
  • Oracle EPM certifications are a plus
