Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining environmental health and safety standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety.
  • Lead training programs and audits to enhance environmental health and safety engagement across the organization.
  • Investigate incidents and events to ensure proper documentation and follow-up measures are in place.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
  • Proven ability to conduct safety inductions, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
