Financial Planning Specialist

As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's financial strategy and vision. This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of annual financial forecasts and budgets that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • BS Accountancy or related field required.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Oracle and EPM systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
