Job Description

We are seeking a talented Employee Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workplace culture and driving meaningful change. You will collaborate with HR colleagues and business managers to ensure a high-performing work environment, unlocking the potential of our employees and making your mark in the world of employee relations.

In this critical role, you will conduct and facilitate complex, sensitive, and time-critical ER investigations. You will partner with HR colleagues and business managers to implement strategies, plans, and interventions that develop and maintain a high-performing work environment. Your expertise will be crucial in consulting on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult on complex ER matters, providing effective advice, resolution, and remediation.
  • Document investigative paths, recommendations, and resolutions; write investigative summaries in a clear, concise, and legally defensible manner.
  • Conduct climate assessments using inclusive investigative skills to identify underlying issues.
  • Engage control partners, including Global Securities and Investigations, Legal, Compliance, and HR colleagues, to resolve serious work situations.
  • Execute a robust risk and controls agenda.
  • Provide ER learning sessions and reporting to address emerging trends and issues.
